Eagles, Job Well Done!

We have attached the awardees at the BeAttitude Assembly on Monday. One award was the quarterly BeAttitude: Be Kind and the other was a new award Above and Beyond Community Builder. This award is for students achieved more than asked and expected in their Make a Difference service project commitment.  Congratulations to all!

The awards are all part of the Middle School Young Eagle Student Success (YESS) System:
ABC BeAttitude
You choose your…Attitude.
You choose your…Behavior.
You reap the results in Celebration or Consequence.
Your Choices build your Character.
At HBA Middle School, we take care of ourselves, each other and this place.

From Year Book Advisor, Mr. Honzaki:
Grades 7-12:  We want your photos in this year's yearbook!  Students, parents, and teachers can contribute to the 2010 Light by uploading photos directly to our website.  It's called eShare-- include photos of field trips, sporting events, school or community activities, or shots of you and your friends.  Go to www.hjeshare.com and enter HBA's school code 2007601.

From Nurse, Mrs. Kealoha:
Flu Vaccine Clinic will be at the Middle School on November 2nd.  If you would like your child to receive the Flu Vaccine, please be sure you have submitted the DOH Vaccination Consent Form.  This form must be completed in order for your child to receive the vaccination.  Forms are still available at the MS front office.
