Reminders:  No eating on the first floor before, during nor after-school.  Demerits WILL be issued.

Class of 2014, EIGHTH GRADERS:
  Remember…this Thursday, February 4, either at 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. or 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. is the Eighth Grade Parent Night for you and your parents in the Middle School Multi-purpose Room.  Thank you for turning in your response.  Information on HBA’s graduation requirements and registration procedures will be given.  Please bring with you your parent, a pen, and your 2009-2010 Handbook & Catalogue (optional) for course descriptions.  Thank you!

From Parent Teacher Fellowship  (PTF):
Fun Fair 2010 Silent Auction Donations Needed:

We are seeking tax deductible contributions for the Fun Fair on April 24th.  Suggested donations this year to assist our Silent Auction include gift certificates, services, retail merchandise, craft items, etc.

Proceeds from the fair are used to benefit our students’ academic and extra curricular programs.  In addition, the Parent Teacher Fellowship’s various projects on behalf of our students can be realized from your generous gift.

We pray you will join in our efforts with a tax-deductible donation for a successful Fun Fair 2010.  Your tax deductible donation may be mailed to our attention at the Elementary School campus or you may call Julie at 255-2792 or Gail at 387-8376 to arrange pick up or delivery of items.

From Athletic Director, Mr. Oshiro:
1.  All Students:  If you're interested in trying out for a spring sport, please note the flyers posted around campus.  The information is also posted on the athletics page of the school website:  www.hba.net  Contact me in the athletic office (564-0327) or via e-mail at doshiro@hba.net if you or your parents have any questions.  Thanks, Mr. Oshiro

2.  All Winter Sport Athletes:  If your season has finished, please launder, bag and return your school issued uniforms to the athletic office as soon as possible.  Consumable items like t-shirts and undergarments are yours to keep.  Everything else must be returned.  Thanks, Mr. Oshiro

3.  All Students:  If you're interested in trying out for a spring sport, please sign up as soon as possible...9th-12th graders in the athletic office, 7th-8th graders with Mrs. Matsushima in the MS principal's office.  We need to check that your student health record and athletic handbook agreement form are current and on file.  We're also trying to make transportation plans for various sports.  Thanks, Mr. Oshiro
