From Athletic Director, Mr. Oshiro:
All Students:  We are in the process of finalizing specific plans for HBA spring sport try outs and gathering information for Pac-5 spring sport try outs (the tentative start dates are already posted in the HBA Athletic Handbook on the school website:  www.hba.net).  Once everything is confirmed, we will post the information on the school website and also post hard copy flyers around campus.  Baseball and softball conditioning is already underway.  Please contact me at doshiro@hba.net or call (564-0327) or visit me in the athletic office if you or your parents have any questions.  Thanks, Mr. Oshiro

From Elementary Principal, Mrs. Ruby Ovitt:
All Parents:
I’m offering a special class for men and women experiencing divorce, physical or emotional separation or widowhood. Discussions, small group sharing and prayer assist participants in developing or restoring a positive self-image and greater faith in God. New friendships and support are built with others also undergoing one of life’s most difficult crises.
When: January 10, 2010 every Sunday for 8 Sundays until Feb. 28, 2010.
Where: University Avenue Baptist Church (church next to Mid-Pac School)
Time:    4- 6:00 p.m.
