Spirit Week Dress Code (MS Only):
  1. HBA uniform bottoms or full-length jeans, any single color is acceptable.  No capris. No patterns (i.e. camouflage), frayed edges nor “holes” in the full-length jeans.
  2. Jackets or outerwear must be related to the day’s theme.  You must wear the jacket all day to demonstrate your spirit.  No outerwear unrelated to the Dress Up Day theme.
  3. No modified T-shirts. No shortened length or sleeves, cut-designed nor holes in T-Shirts.
    All skirts and T-shirts must meet HBA’s expected dress standards.  No inappropriate or suggestive materials on clothing including T-shirts.  Skirts, shorts or skorts are no less than 3” above the knee.

Congratulations!  Middle School Math Challenge was held on our campus on Saturday, January 10, 2009 and the following students took 1st Place:
8th Graders:  Michael Imai, Marcus Mizuno, Micah Aweau, Brandon Ngao and Collin Young

7th Graders:  Michelle Horio, Elise Uyehara, Daniel Kimoto, Kaitlyn Mukai, Kane Verity and Warren Wakuzawa.

These students along with their teacher advisors, Mrs. Silva and Mrs. Stevens worked hard on test problems and hands-on projects during their own time.

This month’s challenge:
Come to the MS Office between January 26th – 30th, to write the entire books of the Bible correctly, and be entered to win our drawing.
