1.     Don't miss out on a chance of a lifetime! This is your last week to purchase your winter banquet tickets. Tickets are $46.00.  The banquet is on Monday, December 21st at the Waikiki Marriot Resort & Spa.  Remember to turn in your forms before Wednesday, December 2nd.  Thank you. 2.    All Students: If you've lost your student ID and want a replacement, come directly to the Publications Room (300B).  Replacement IDs cost $10 and take about a week to come in.  {Mr. Honzaki}

3.    Students:  GEICO announces its 23rd annual Safety Belt Poster Contest for students ages 11-18.  Additionally, they are launching a new Safety Belt Video contest.  If you are interested in either contest, please see your counselor.  The deadline for submissions is January 15, 2010.  {Mrs. Hirae}

4.    *The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) Kako'o Ho'ona'auao, K-12 Family Education Assistance Program, is accepting applications for financial assistance for the Spring 2010 semester.  Deadline is December 1, 2009.  Please go to:  http://www.chaminade.edu/oha/ or call Trenton Payne, Chaminade University of Honolulu, at 735-4706 for more information.  {Mrs. Lee}

5.    Servant Group:  Please remember to turn in your Christmas Presents for the Transitional Housing kids by this Friday, Dec. 4th.  If for some reason you are unable to get the gift, please turn in the card to Mrs. Gruspe ASAP.  For those of you that have signed up to help with the Christmas party, please turn in your permission forms Friday.  {Mrs. Gruspe}

12th GRADE:

2.    Seniors: Please turn in your money for the Senior Class Photo ($12 or $30 check made out to Ace Portrait), and the Yearbook Cover Upgrade ($7.50 check made out to HBA) by today.  {Mr. Honzaki}
