1.    DRESS CODE:  Long sleeve shirts under the Mills shirts are NOT allowed but short sleeve undershirts are allowed.  Thanks for your cooperation!  {Mr. Namba}

2.    All Students: 
The gym and weight room will be closed this week from Monday, December 14th through Thursday, December 17th.  Please study hard and prepare for your exams.  Thanks, Mr. Oshiro

3.    All Varsity Athletes: 
If you are a first-year varsity participant, you may come to the athletic office to sign up/pick up your varsity jacket, courtesy of the HBA Athletic Booster Club.  These are the only non-uniform jackets allowed to be worn on campus.  Thanks, Mr. Oshiro

5.    INTERACT CLUB:
Attention Members!  There will be an Interact meeting in C-102 (Mrs. Ustare’s room) at 12:40 p.m., after school on Friday.  Please be prompt.  {Mrs. Goya}

6.    Student Athletes: 
Please check the Yearbook Room window (300B) to see when your team is scheduled to take their yearbook photo.  Athletes need to check in with the photographer one hour prior to the game start time, and be in full uniform.  Please be prompt.  Students not present at the time of photo may not be included with their team in the yearbook.  Depending on climate conditions, your photo may need to be rescheduled.  {Mr. Honzaki}

7.    (From 12/4/09 Mailout to Parents): 
Please be advised that the High School Student Services Center will be closed during the winter break from Monday, December 21, 2009 through Monday, January 4, 2010.  The high school faculty, counselors, administrative staff, and administrators will be out of the office in observation of the holiday season.  There will be some staff on hand in the front office building.  The Student Services Center will reopen on the first day of school for the 3rd quarter on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.  {Mrs. Hirae}

11th GRADE: 
Cabin sign-ups for Junior camp will be tomorrow during break in front of the Christian Ministries office.  Don't forget to turn in your camp registration forms by Friday, Dec. 18th.  {Mrs. Gruspe}

12th GRADE: 
*Seniors - Please don't forget to turn in your deposit for Senior Trip by Wednesday, December 16.  {Mr. Yokotake}
