2010-2011 Admissions Applications & Forms

Hawaii Baptist Academy welcomes you as a candidate for admission. Our Admissions Committee will give your application personal and individual attention.

Grades K-6:  Applications and supporting credentials for Fall 2010 may be forwarded to our office from September 1, 2009. Deadline for accepting Kindergarten applications is January 31, 2010. All Kindergarten male (boy) applicants must be five years old by June 30, 2010, and female (girl) applicants must be five years old by September 30, 2010.  There are no openings for Grade 1, therefore we will not be accepting applications for this grade. All other applications (grades 2-6) should be completed no later than February 10, 2010. Late applicants will be considered as long as vacancies exist.

Grades 7-10:  Applications and supporting credentials for Fall 2010 may be forwarded to our office from September 1, 2009.  The application file with supporting credentials and test results should be completed on or before February 10, 2010 for first round considerations.  In addition to the forms below, applicants to grade 10 need to submit transcripts and course descriptions (school catalog or registration guide).  Late applicants will be considered as long as vacancies exist.

Grades 11-12:  A review of transcripts and current report card is required before an application is submitted.  Please contact the Middle/High School Admissions Office for information.
